Nipper has played ukulele since the age of 15
and is now a well known teacher of the instrument. He recently published a book ‘School Ukulele Orchestra’ on how to teach ukulele in primary school. He has performed in several bands and now runs the Taunton Ukulele Strummers Club, which he formed in 2006. As well as writing and recording ukulele music in his Taunton studio he also co-hosts the successful ukulele based podcast ‘The Ukecast’. Nipper has been described by many as a ukulele nutcase, he prefers the title ‘Ukulele Revolutionary’.
